Running Computations

For running computation on PC2 cluster systems you should always submit your computations as jobs to the workload manager. Details can be found in Running Compute Jobs .

Please Note: Login nodes are only there to prepare your compute jobs and for light analysis tasks. If you have heavier analysis tasks please also submit them as a compute job.

If you need a graphical user interface for job preparation or analysis we recommend using the remote desktop functionality of our Jupyter Hub .
