There are a number of different ways to get support from PC2:

Support contact

Our main support contact is via the mail address pc2-support@uni-paderborn.de.

This mail address is connected to a ticket system and guarantees that your problem or question reaches our HPC technicians, administrators and scientific advisers as quickly as possible.

In order to help you as quickly as possible, please provide us with some basic information in addition to your question: Please follow these recommendations

HPC Consultation Hour

We offer a regular HPC consulation hour. No appointment or registration is required, just come by at the given time and we will try to help you with your HPC-related or cluster problem.
