Intel compiler wrappers

To compile an MPI parallelized application one can use Intel MPI compiler wrappers, e.g., mpiicx for C code, mpiicpx for C++ code, and mpiifx for Fortran code.

Moreover, the compiler options for icx, icpx, and ifx are also valid for the corresponding MPI compiler wrappers (see here for a brief overview).
